STEP 1
Collect the requested
documents
Before the application, you have to collect the following documents:
- Academic qualification required for admission in Italian or English;
- Degree certificate in Italian or English with the exams taken and the relative marks (transcript of records);
- “Declaration of value” issued by the Italian diplomatic representative situated in the country to which the institution that issued the qualification belongs;
STEP 2
Register at the Reserved Area
Students who have not been enrolled at the University of Pavia, must access to the RESERVED AREA, register and fill in the required information following the published instructions.
At the end of the data entry, candidates are provided with a USERNAME and PASSWORD.
STEP 3
Apply for the selected Master course and upload the required documents
Within the 21st of September 2023, students have to LOGIN to the RESERVED AREA using the USERNAME and PASSWORD previously assigned and follow the on-line procedure described in the Call for Admission and the attachments Select “Bando e istruzioni” on this webpage for Call for application.
To cover the “Masters application fee”, students must pay 35.00 Euro.
- application form (the form you can find at the end of the attachment 1 or 2 to the Call for Admission);
- front-rear of the personal identification document uploaded during registration;
- letter of reference;
- motivational letter;
- curriculum vitae highlighting any professional experience in work areas pertaining to the Master’s course;
- self-declaration of the exams taken during the academic career (in case of an academic qualification obtained in Italy);
- Academic qualification required for admission in Italian or English (in case of an academic qualification obtained abroad);
- Degree certificate in Italian or English with the exams taken and the relative marks (transcript of records);
- “Declaration of value” issued by the Italian diplomatic representative situated in the country to which the institution that issued the
STEP 4
Apply on UNIVERSITALY (if you need a VISA) within 10 days from the enrollment opening
After submitting the application, if you need a VISA (check on https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en), you will have to register and then apply on the Universitaly portal (https://www.universitaly.it/).
During the online process you will have to upload:
- a good quality passport size photo;
- a scanned copy of your passport;
- documents proving your education as
- study diploma;
- certificates of degree accomplishement;
- transcipt of records;
- CV;
- eventually the “Declaration of value” (there is no need to upload the DoV if you do not already have it);
STEP 5
Deliver the requested
documents original
Before the enrolment deadline (which will be indicated by the Organizing Secretary) you will have to deliver to our office:
- the original of ALL the uploaded documents (see STEP 1)
- together with a declaration of legal validity from the Italian diplomatic representative located in the state where the qualification was issued.
